I can customise alerts as much as I want. Our NOC have a dedicated dashboard that easily provides them with all the big picture stuff they need to react to events, it ties directly into a ticketing system for critical alarms and we even charge customers for a heavily locked down view of only their environments, all through an easy to access and use web interface. The Solarwinds suite of products are fantastic, I'm not sure what you feel it can't do, but it's trusted by many Fortune 500 companies to monitor and support many mission critical environments.
